Solestice socks have a custom gel insert stitched into every sock providing real arch support and the comfort of an orthotic in every pair. Regular arch support socks just have subtle compression in the arch area. 

Yes! As long as you wash our socks in cold water and dry them on low heat, it is safe to do so. The gel technology is designed to endure everyday temperatures, but high heat and hot water may alter the custom shape of the gel support.

Yes! Our socks work with all arch types. Our gel inserts custom shapes to your unique arch.

Towards the toe, you will see an L for the left foot or an R for the right foot. Place the sock on the correct foot, and adjust gel to fit comfortably under your arch. We feel placing the gel along the side of the arch sometimes feels most comfortable.

Solestice Socks will fit into most shoes that you would normally wear socks in.

They are amazing for shoes that don't have arch support like converse, vans, uggs, etc. They also feel great in sneakers and boots.

Yes! No latex is added to any of our products.

Delivery times for standard shipping generally takes 5-7 business days and priority shipping 2-4 business days.

Solestice Socks are machine washable in COLD WATER ONLY. Washing in warm or hot water could alter the gel shape. We highly recommend drying Solestice Socks on LOW HEAT.
