Shipping & Returns


We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. We typically ship all orders the following business day.

Delivery times for standard shipping generally takes 5-7 business days and priority shipping 2-4 business days.

Please note that many carriers are experiencing delays due to Covid-19. While we will do everything possible to make sure you get your socks quickly, we can't guarantee shipping times.

We currently only ship to the United States. If you want Solestice Socks in your country, let us know! Send us a message at support@solesticesocks.com.



If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please request a refund within 30 days upon receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

To request a refund, please send an email to support@solesticesocks.com and include “Refund” in the subject line. A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided us at checkout. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. The original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect items were sent to you. We strongly recommend that you insure your shipping as any damage that occurs after the item has been initially delivered to the customer is the responsibility of the customer.
